• You may create a booking directly by calling 023 80 335120.
• You will need to present the original D-registration document and pay a deposit of £200 per vehicle.
• Application for your vehicle will only be made once your deposit has been paid.
• We aim to turn around your booking and test in 10 - 14 working days, from the day the vehicle is left with us (after the deposit has been paid). If the vehicle is booked in for an MOT this may be extended.
• When leaving your car for its test, you must notify the office of it's arrival.
• We will tell you about any problems with your vehicle (over and above the preparation work) & a quote to complete will be given.
• Your car will be ready for collection the day after it is invoiced, when the final balance must be paid by cleared funds.
• Collection times are 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
• Please note that SVA UK Ltd will not be held responsible for any belongings left in vehicles.
